WHY IMPORTANT IN POLAND?

There is no central multi-listing of properties, and the seller's broker represents both parties. Express Relocations acts as the dedicated advocate of the transferee since we have no financial interest in which home they choose. We do not take any commissions from any third party. We are only paid by the transferee, their employer, or our relocation
principals abroad.

OUR SERVICE:

• Discuss with you the needs of the account and understand our mission.
• Pre-trip questionnaire and phone interview with the assignee and family to properly prepare search criteria.
• Preview residences. We personally visit and qualify every residence before showing to the transferree.
• Shortlist residences and when possible send details to transferee before visit.
• Accompany transferees in our professionally driven "People Mover" van to view selected properties.
• Provide you with post-visit written report and suggested next steps.
• Assist with lease arrangements.

School search

The choice of school is fairly straight forward in Poland. In Warsaw there is the state-of-the-art American School of Warsaw, as well as British, French, German and Japanese schools. In the provinces it is of course more limited. We can set up appointments and accompany transferees on visits to the schools.
